FAQs

What is LPF?

It is an innovative postural and respiratory training system. LPF combines myofascial stretching, neurodynamic exercises and hypopressives, together with the latest teaching methodology in physical exercise science.

Excessive intra-abdominal pressure has a negative impact on different parts of the body, such as the back, the abdomen and the pelvic floor.

LPF is based on the reduction of this pressure, achieving more toned and elastic muscles, improved breathing and a healthy spine.

Is LPF the same as the hypopressive technique?

Low Pressure Fitness® progresses the foundations of the hypopressive technique, creating an intelligent body training system.

LPF is the first structured, protocolled training program in this field. Not only do we teach you a training technique, but we also teach you how to apply it.

By learning LPF, health and physical activity professionals acquire the ability to integrate it with their customers simply and efficiently.

LPF is a training system combining postural exercises and breathing techniques in expiratory apnea. During pregnancy, you can still enjoy the benefits of the postural practice, excluding the expiratory apnea stage.

Is it an exercise only for women?

Not at all. From the point of view of postural reeducation, waistline reduction and the improvement of sports performance, men can also benefit from these exercises as much as women.

I am a high-performance athlete. Should I integrate LPF in my routine?
