The first seminar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBe healthy and recover after pregnancy with Low Pressure Fitness\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was a complete success of attendance. 150 Indonesian midwifes participated in the seminar presented by <strong>Harry Setiarso<\/strong> at the hospital Restu Kasih (RSIA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lowpressurefitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/harry_indonesia_midwifes.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-330847\" src=\"https:\/\/lowpressurefitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/harry_indonesia_midwifes.png\" alt=\"seminar midwifes low pressure fitness \" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Indonesian midwifes are known as BIDAN<\/strong> who usually live in rural or sub urban areas where there are no doctors or hospitals. They help women delivery. Their tools are: a bucket, water, some oil, sheets, and their hands and heart full of love and kindness. It was the first time the assistants heard about the \u201chypopressive concept\u201d to recover women\u00b4s pelvic floor and core muscles after pregnancy.
