Conscientes de la importancia del cuidado de la salud y de la b\u00fasqueda de la excelencia, las deportistas m\u00e1s tenaces escogen aprender con los l\u00edderes internacionales en formaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas hipopresivas para luego, ser ellas entrenadoras Low Pressure Fitness y ayudar en la mejora deportiva y en la prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En esta ocasi\u00f3n os queremos presentar a cinco de las deportistas de \u00e9lite m\u00e1s importantes de nuestro pa\u00eds, que adem\u00e1s, son trainers LPF.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mercedes_Peris\">Mercedes Peris<\/a> , Campeona de Europa de Nataci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mercedes Peris Minguet, es una de las Deportistas m\u00e1s internacional de Valencia. Participante en los JJOO de Pek\u00edn en la categor\u00eda de Nataci\u00f3n 100 espalda, ha sido medallista y campeona de much\u00edsimos campeonatos de Espa\u00f1a y Europeos.
